Uvas Felices X Comando G - The project began in 2010 when two winemakers from Comando G Fernando García & Daniel Gómez Jiménez-Landi formed a joint venture with Vila Viniteca to produce wines from old Grenache vineyards (50 to 90 years old) grown in granite soils in the Sierra de Gredos mountains, not far from Madrid. The wines offer elegance, balance and freshness.

Early harvests, whole cluster fermentations, gentle extractions, and a complete lack

of oak during the aging process results in wines of great finesse and a distinctly Mediterranean style.

Paralian is a long-awaited project finally realised by husband and wife team - Charlie Seppelt & Skye Salter in Port Willunga, a seaside town in the McLaren Vale wine region, where the afternoons are long, and the glasses full. After a collective 46 vintages all over the world it was finally time to make a long-awaited project come true hence, Paralian was born. Choosing specific sites for each variety lead them to the northern reaches of McLaren Vale where old inland seas once were, now leaving beach like pockets where our chosen red varieties, Grenache, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon thrive.
