Ganevat ferments all five of the Juras grape varieties - Savagnin, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard - to produce an ever-evolving array of Burgundian-inspired and traditional sous voile (under flor) cuvees, as well as other local specialties. Seductive, nuanced, and capable of long ageing, they rank among Frances top tier. Chardonnay from 65+-year-old vines grown on grey marl and aged for 30 months on its lees. Super expressive and smoky with seamless acidity.
