ELABORATION
Red Carignan old vineyards from old fossil dunes. TASTING NOTES
L’Anit de Frisach, Carignan that wakes us up, surprises us and shows us how this variety, sometimes called harsh, can give us fine and elegant wines.
On the nose we find spicy and iron (blood) notes, typical of the variety, balsamic touches, black plum, cassis and licorice. In the mouth the wine grows, amplifies and becomes larger. The play between acidity and bitterness is balanced and lengthens the wine a lot. Seductive and friendly tannin.
