ELABORATION
What is said here “wine makes blood”, that necessary push that gives the strength to continue fighting and move forward. Red Grenache, peluda Garnacha, white Grenache and red Carignan, all three coming from the same estate, in which the three varieties are mixed, just as it was planted in the past and that is how we vinify it.
These vineyards are more than 65 years old and are planted in the middle of almond, olive and apple trees. The grapes from the same plot are harvested at the same time, the four varieties co-ferment with whole grapes trampled with feet. It spends the entire winter in concrete and in spring we put the wine in a fudre for 1 year. A wine made with a lot of feeling and that we want to make our history and our people known.
TASING NOTES
Sang de Corb is an intense, broad and fresh wine. On the nose, aromas of red fruit, violets, floral and spicy notes stand out. In the mouth it is light, with good structure and a very elegant silky touch.
