ELABORATION
We want to recover a way of making ancestral wines in Terra Alta, brisat wines. We collect the grapes with boxes, once the grapes have been selected manually and very carefully, they are placed in a tank to carry out the joint fermentation of the must with the skins for a week, in order to extract the purest essence of the variety.
After this time, the flower must goes to concrete tank and the press part goes to old 500 L barrels to age for 9 months, to finish domesticating the wine and delicately polishing this variety that has endured over time. A wine that has not been filtered, clarified or stabilized, a pure Grenache.
TASTING NOTES
Frisach Vernatxa is an aromatic wine, with personality. The nose is medium-intense, with a good integration of the aging, where notes of ripe white fruit, floral, fennel and quince can be distinguished. In the mouth it is fresh, structured and with good acidity.
