Sourced from a 1.5 hectare vineyard located only 12 kilo meters from the Mediterranean. Altitude 200 meters. The soil is primarily clay with a mixture of shale, mudstone, and marl. Hand-harvested and manual selection of grapes in the vineyard. Maceration in stainless for seven days and fermentation/aging for six months, 50% in amphora and 50% stainless steel. 250 cases produced.
