SOIL AND WINE:
Campania Remensis is the original name given by the Romans to the terroirs surrounding Reims.
This rose is primarily composed of Pinot Noir, with 25% Chardonnay and 5% red wine from the same plot.
The light, sandy, and easy-to-work soils are perfectly suited for producing an elegant and aromatic wine.
Sourced from a single 3-hectare parcel inherited from our maternal grandmother, the Pinot here expresses finesse and vibrancy. When given time to ripen fully, it reveals delicate cherry aromas.
