SOIL AND WINE:
Vines planted by our grandfather on either side of the Cran hill, a very chalky slope. The Pinots face east, while the lower part of the plot benefits from 55 ares on the Mailly Champagne territory.
These Pinots structure the Champagne with a fine frame around blood orange, blending into the identity of Mailly with precision and freshness. The Chardonnays, planted slightly higher, benefit from afternoon sunlight, ensuring late and complete ripening.
A great aging Champagne, the first vintage was produced in 2004. It always carries the signature of a terroir with character and altitude.
