Cuvee 3A is named for its three grape varieties (Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier) and three terroirs. Whole-bunch pressed and barrel-fermented (25% new oak), it is aged 5 years on lees. Aromas of white flowers, pastry cream, and crushed oyster shell lead to a rich yet vibrant palate with depth and finesse.
