The grapes were destemmed, then macerated for 10 days. After pressing, the wine was vinified and aged in stainless steel vats on the lees for 12 months. This wine has known only a little sulfur input. It has been unfiltered. Total SO2: 35 mg/l. Residual sugars: 0.6 g/l.
