Founded by the Dietrich family and now run by brothers Jean and Pierre, Achillée works with native yeasts, zero pesticides, minimal sulfur, and long lees aging in large foudres and amphorae.
The name Achillée comes from the yarrow flower (Achillea millefolium), a key ingredient in biodynamic preparations.
Their wines are praised for their energy, precision, and deep connection to terroir. This is Alsace: but stripped down, wild and alive!
Pepin is Achillee’s “little brother” — a natural wine project that’s all about joy, freedom, and everyday drinkability.
