We make 5000 bottles. 100% Menc�a��u¬©¬©a. Young vineyards at 650 metres asl y Young at 550 metres asl. At river Xares (Bibei�a��u¬π‚�nùs tributary) at both coast of the river. Soils mainly with granitc and metamorfic of schist and quartz. Round two-month whole brunch macerations super tender. Ageing 12 months in old French old 500 litre oak barrels.

Fermented whole cluster with native yeasts, this Mencia is fresh, bright, and live on its feet compared to some of its greener, earthier counterparts. Aged in a combination of concrete tank & neutral French oak, it offers bright red fruit, a touch of spice, & an elegant, mineral finish. Very tasty!"
