AGING TECHNIQUE
Grapes were fermented separately in used oak, only Cinsault was
fermented at clay amphora without adding structure into the wine.
The wine were blended and continue aged into concrete tank
T ASTE PROFILE
Complex, long, with a smooth, fleshy mouthfeel. The 2021 Châteauneuf-
du-Pape incorporates lively aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, forest
strawberry, tomato leaf, licorice, dried thyme and a splash of mint. It is a
medium to full-bodied red that's rich and refined, framed by velvety
tannins and fresh acidity. The finish is nice and long.
