Tasting Note
"From Tooborac and Heathcote come this syrah. A meaty, gamey thing with supple texture, so soft actually, spreads so gloriously and luxuriously in the mouth, albeit all of it fresh, cool, slightly floral, pretty with acidity, perky with peppery and piquant smokey paprika spice and finishes large and long. Amazing perfume, savoury, meaty, cherry juice and more smoky paprika spice. Tannins work late and in a nice web to a fine, light pucker. Lots of mojo, really delicious, heft but lift and plenty of character. A really good medium weight, savoury, silky, succulent syrah."
