Vineyard: Purchased fruit from organic growers in the Penedes. Planted on clay-calcareous soil
Winemaking: Hand harvested, one night maceration in inox and aged in the same tank until bottling - May following harvest. Unfined, unfiltered, and 2g SO2.
Tasting notes: Super fresh with notes of dried citrus, a refreshing acidity and a lasting saline finish almost like a sea breeze.
