Vineyard: From plots around Amboise. Planted on clay-limestone soil, manual harvest.
Winemaking: Slow and delicate pressing. Alcoholic fermentation by indigenous yeasts in concrete and fiberglass vats. Aging on fine lees for 4 to 5 months.
Tasting notes:
Elderberry, mineral, crystalline, strawberry on the nose. Fruity, light, and nice acidity. Beautiful light red color. Juicy and fresh. Full yet very drinkable rose.
