Sourced from organically farmed vineyards at the foot of Mont Ventoux in the southern Rhone Valley, this Grenache underwent a light 6-day maceration. Vinified naturally without destemming or added sulphites, it was aged for 6 months in used oak barrels. The result is a light, fresh wine with vibrant aromas of red fruits and gooseberry, making it an excellent choice for an aperitif. _
