For the winegrower's family private cellar, we fill every year a small amount of Spatlese from the best sites. Now we offer a few bottles of this rarity.

While the Kabinett reflects the character of ripe grapes, for this Sp�tlese we only select overripe, golden-yellow berries just before they start to dry out. Fantastic notes of elderflower are characteristic of this classic of the Saar with its unattainable finesse.

We recommend a few years of aging to enjoy it with hearty dishes. If you can�t wait, top your sorbet or fruit dessert with this wine or enjoy it solo.
