The 25th cask in the cellar is our high-quality Ayler Ortswein (village wine) - harmoniously dry fermented. Coming from the eastern slopes of Scheidterberg and Rauberg, it reflects the spicy side of the Ayler Riesling terroir. N25 impresses with fine herbal and saline notes. That is why we recommend this wine with Mediterranean-style dishes.
