Winemaking:
The wine is produced using a solera system, blending vintages 2017, 2019, 2020, made from grapes naturally dehydrated by the sun. Only the first press juice was preserved for this cuvée. It was then vinified in barrels(20% new) and aged for 8 months on the lees in barrels, followed by 6 months in stainless steel tanks on fine lees.
Taste Profile:
Floral aromas with hints of dried fruits like apricot, complemented by a complex reduction. The palate is dense and fruity, with flavors of yellow fruits such as apricot, pineapple, mango balanced by a pleasant minerality and a long finish.
