Winemaking:
The directly pressed juice of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah goes overnight on the peels of Grenache Noir for a light colour and elegant structure. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel to preserve freshness. Retained in tank for 6 months, settled and bottled by gravity.
