Vineyard: From Vilafranca del Penedes.
Winemaking: On skins for 7 days, fermented with wild yeasts in the bottle where it remains for 26 months and disgorged at ambient temperature. Unfiltered and unfined.
Tasting notes:
Fruity sparkling with aromas of white fruit, citrus notes and quince. Palate is vinous, saline and persistent.
