Vineyard: From 3 separate parcels with varying grades of loamy clay and calcareous structures. Vines planted in 1990 and 1997.
Winemaking: Total destemming. 6 days skin contact in stainless steel tanks, juice is obtained through gravity so without pressing. Spontaneous fermentation in 500l used barrels for 3 months and further aged in stainless steel tanks for 6 months. Unfined and unfiltered, no added SO2.
Tasting notes:
Natural, fresh, and clean wine, very expressive and deep, displays a Mediterranean character; slightly floral, white fruit, and hints of herbal notes. Silky-textured, dry, and elegant wine.
