Vineyard: Planted on clay soils, in the �Cal Tiques� plot.
Winemaking: 7 day on skins fermented with native yeasts partly in amphora, partly in stainless steel. Aged for 4 months partly in amphora, partly in stainless steel.
Tasting notes:
Light, mineral and crisp wine, with a touch of salty and a very well balanced acidity.
