Vineyard: 0.8 hectare from 1996, grown on very calcareous and loamy texture in Guasch, in the area of Castellvi de la Marca.
Winemaking: 20% whole bunches. Vatting in open barrels of 500l and in stainless steel tanks, maceration for 9 days, fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 6 weeks in French and American oak barrels. Less than 998 bottles produced.
Tasting notes:
Harmonious and pleasant mouthfeel, with a strong entry and a ripe fruit flavour that lingers for a while with a dry and spicy finish.
