Chardonnay,

sourced from the lower, less steep part of the south-facing Roche slope, richer soils above limestone.

Winemaking

Produced only with 1^st pressed juice in stainless-steel and used barrels. 6 months aging with minimal occasional batonnage.

Taste Profile

Stony, mineral character. Notes of pear and peach mingled with white flowers, buttery pastry and toasted nuts. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and layered, it's deep and fleshy, concluding with a long, penetrating finish.
