Chardonnay (70-year-old vines) ,

sourced from the Les Combes vineyard in the Pouilly-Fuisse appellation, within the commune of Solutre-Pouilly. This vineyard, has both southern(70%) and northern(30%) exposures, and is situated bordering the Premier Cru vineyards of Vers Cras and Aux Chailloux.

Winemaking

The grapes for this wine are harvested in 3 separate passes to ensure optimal ripeness.Crafted with only 1 pressed juice in 25% new barrels. additional aging for 8 months with occasional batonnage.

Taste Profile

Medium to full-bodied wine where the oak is prominent, lending spice to the nose, followed by layered pear, honeycomb, white flowers and toasted nuts.and satiny wine that's seamless and complete.
