Cuvee Le Clos de Abbaye 2017, produced by Maison Doyard, is a Blanc de Blancs of great elegance, produced in 1250 bottles and 130 magnums. On the nose, the bouquet expresses beautiful, gourmand aromas of white and yellow-fleshed fruit and citrus zest. On the palate, the wine is rich and generous, with a long, mineral finish, a wine with good ageing potential that will enhance gourmet dishes.
