The 2019 Pouilly-Fuisse is another of the more dramatic wines in the range, bursting with aromas of confit orange, citrus oil and pear mingled with nutmeg, fresh mint and baking spices. Full-bodied, round and fleshy, it's creamy and textural, with lively acids and a long, discreetly oak-inflected finish.
