80% Trepat, 20% Grenache
Vineyard: Purchased fruit from Conca de Barbera. Organically grown on clay and calcareous soils.
Winemaking: Grapes are hand harvested, with carbonic maceration in stainless steel tank for 10 days. Bottled the following May after harvest, unfined / unfiltered. 1g of SO2 at bottling.
Tasting notes: Light and pleasant, cherry, raspberry, cranberry, some orange peel, earthy and mineral, low tannins, medium plus acidity, red fruits, spices and earthy on the palate, medium aftertaste
