Winemaking: Hand-harvested, whole bunches without destemming, foot-trodden in 1000L plastic vats, macerated with skins and stems for one month. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged for 9 months in demijohns. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with less than 10 mg/l of SO_
Tasting Notes: A powerful yet refined orange wine with aromas of ripe yellow fruit, herbaceous notes, and saline hints. The palate is unctuous and deep, showcasing a well-achieved maceration that delivers a voluminous and delicate texture. The finish is lingering and very mineral!
