Grape Variety: 40% Garnacha Blanca, 40% Macabeu, 20% Parellada
Vineyard: Coming from organically farmed vineyards in Terra Alta (Vilalba dels Arcs) over sandy and clay-calcareous loam soils.
Winemaking: Hand harvested, direct pressing of the whole grape, without destemming, spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in used French oak and chestnut barrels of 300L and 500L followed by 10 months aging in the same vessles, plus 6 months in bottle minimum before release. Bottled unfined, unfilered, and zero SO2.
Tasting notes: The peachy, lemongrass and elderflower notes are subtle and pleasant. a floral white pepper nose, the aroma of which maintains long enough for this not to feel too simple.
